About Me
I am a graduate of Texas State University. I have a B.S. in Applied Sociology with a Minor in Business Administration. I have 1.5 years of social media managing experience and 7+ years of customer service experience. These experiences have provided me with numerous tools I have utilized in real-life situations, such as collaboration, critical thinking, time management, training, and the direction of others. A large part of my success while working with people stems from my ability to cultivate an intuitive understanding of their individual needs and adjust my approach accordingly.
You Can Utilize
A Storyteller Who Caters To Their Readers
I have gained an understanding of descriptive statistics and can produce statistical inferences of data. Which I can then use to create tables and graphs in SPSS, Excel, and google sheets. Additionally, I can also analyze graphs and data and produce a well descriptive summary for others to read. The above-mentioned skills coupled with my understanding of the sociology of globalization, criminology, social movements, and religion give me great insight into a wide variety of individuals and allow me to adjust my approach accordingly.
This insight, paired with my knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research, allows me to dive even further. I can analyze a particular group and compare it to the population or analyze a subset within a group. Which can produce categorical data or in-depth explanations that could shed light on and explain a hidden pattern. All of this is crucial information that allows businesses to better cater to their target audience. Allowing businesses to cater to their target audience permits them to allocate their resources to the best of their abilities.
My understanding of everything mentioned above paired with my passion for creativity makes me the perfect candidate for social media coordinating, data analysis, and so much more! For more information about my career experience, past projects, and current work portfolio, continue browsing my page.
